Owner Representation

• Provide advice with respect to identifying the entities who will
  provide both design and construction expertise for the project.

• Help the client manage and control both the pre construction and
  construction phases of the project.

• Provide evaluations of cost and schedule.

• Assist in maintaining quality control.

• Assist the client in mediating disputes and problem resolution.

• Evaluate and assist with processing pay applications and change
  orders.
